Friday Fitness #6!

This week has been better but I’ve still been lacking towards to end of the week, I’m an about to one now but as it’s Saturday, that’s included in next weeks! 😉

Saturday; REST
Sunday; HASFITs 30 min kickboxing workout
Monday; POP HIIT we can’t stop workout
Tuesday; REST
Wednesday; TIU Jump your heart out
Thursday; REST
Friday; REST

 

I guess I still did 3 pretty good cardio workouts, lacking a bit on the toning/strength training though! Especially my abs! I just didn’t have time yesterday to get any in! Sienna would not nap for a good amount of time because she is teething 😦

PS. I hit my goal weight of 119lbs this week! I never thought I’d see this number especially after having a baby, just proves with hard work you can achieve what you want!

Fitness Friday #5!

This week hasn’t been great again, I’ve been lacking in time & energy! I only managed 2 workouts which makes me feel bad but sometimes life gets in the way, especially with a 10 month old who is nearly walking!

Saturday; 5k run with dad, much better this week! Done it at an average pace of 5:44 per km.
Sunday; REST
Monday; REST
Tuesday; 30 day shred level 3
Wednesday; REST
Thursday; REST
Friday; REST

Today I have done a workout but also eaten a lot. But i feel like my mojo is back for September and I’m going to be much more dedicated and try to make sure I make time for a workout rather than leaving it to the last thing on my list because then I never have time!

Fitness Friday #4!

This week I’ve been struggling for time & energy, so it has mainly been walking! This makes me so annoyed because I really want to do great workouts but I’m exhausted and even if I get started, 10 mins and I’m done! ARGH! I think it’s stress, so me and Sienna have a new schedule that will hopefully give me more time and less stress meaning better workouts! 🙂

Saturday; Family walk
Sunday; REST
Monday; Short easy walk.
Tuesday; Blogilates gentlemen workout & 30 min kickboxing workout.
Wednesday; REST
Thursday; 30 day shred level 2 & Tone It Up Sleek & slender abs
Friday; REST

The kickboxing is a workout I used to do a couple of times a week with Warren when I first started to lose my baby weight. I hadn’t done it for months and while I noticed my fitness has improved, I clearly haven’t been working those areas much as my muscles are SO sore. My trapezius & triceps… ouch!! It’s good pain though 🙂 I’m going to be adding this back in to my workouts, I kind of forgot about it but it’s so fun and a great workout!

Fitness Friday #3!

This week has been much better than last at getting workouts in but they have been short and sweet! But again, it’s better than nothing!

 

Saturday; REST
Sunday; 1 hour Pilates class.
Monday; REST
Tuesday; 30 min jog.
Wednesday; 4.88km walk with Sienna in the buggy & Blogilates August day 7 except i subbed abs on fire for abs all night.
Thursday; REST
Friday; Blogilates food baby HIIT & 10 min jog.

So I’m quite happy with that, I tried Pilates for the first time (an actual class) and it was ok, I expected it to be more cardio like blogilates but it was very slow and controlled and more strength work. Not sure if I’d go again though, I can do that at home!

I wish I had done more but with Sienna it needs to be whatever I can fit in! Today I had lots of visitors so I just banged out a quick 20 min cardio. In hindsight, I could have fitted in more but I didn’t know at the time! Doh!

Friday Fitness #2!

Uhh, so this week has been rubbish. I think it must have been a little bug or something, not a hangover. A 5 day hangover? Surely that’s not right?

This is how I’ve felt ALL week..

But it’s ok, we are all human & today I have felt MUCH better. Fingers crossed it will continue and next week I can kill it with workout & get more protein and veg in!

So this week’s workouts? Disappointing but better than nothing I guess?! It’s hard when you constantly feel sick, have a headache and zilch energy, but I tried!

So I’m going to start doing a ‘Friday Fitness’ series where I share all the workouts I did that week! Hopefully it will give you some ideas on workouts and what I do to stay in shape and maintain my weight 🙂

Monday;  My thighs are dying, drive by inner thighs, call me maybe squat challengetrafalgar trimdown toner.
Tuesday; REST
Wednesday; 30 min walk, Want U back arms, sexy shoulders & beautiful backbikini bod 2 arms & abs
Thursday; Blurred lines workout except cardio blast.
Friday; REST

I think my favourite workout was the Blurred lines workout! It was hard but a good full body workout and it was fun. The abs was a killer!
