These past few weeks i’ve just been exhausted! I used to get up at 5:30am, do a workout, work, come home and cook and do it all again. Now? I get up at 8am because i never hear the alarm, get ready for work, work, get home and i’m knackered. I never cook anymore because i don’t have the energy! I’ve been to the doctors to check my iron and thyroid and everything fine.
So i guess it must be my diet? But i try to eat only wholegrains and healthy foods, i drink 2 litres of water a day, i workout 3 day a week, i have 1 cup of coffee a day, don’t drink fizzy drinks or anything.
I am working 6 days a week at the moment with my business which is hard but i’ve never been this tired before, i’ve even been taking naps in the day which i NEVER do, i can never sleep in the day! WEIRD! So i’m certainly getting enough sleep too!
The only thing i’ve though of is i’m not getting enough protein? Does this contribute to energy levels? Should i start having protein shakes/bars?
How do you get your energy?
